By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, job seekers, employers, recruiters, and any other parties who access or use the Site (collectively, "Users"). JobOnYou.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 16 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You are not located in a country subject to applicable trade sanctions or embargoes.

3. User Accounts

4. Job Posting Rules
Employers and recruiters who post job listings on JobOnYou.com agree to the following rules:
- All job postings must be for genuine remote employment opportunities. No multi-level marketing schemes, pyramid schemes, or positions that require upfront payment from candidates are permitted.
- Job descriptions must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading. This includes job title, responsibilities, compensation, location requirements, and experience level.
- Employers must not discriminate against applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Employers must comply with all applicable employment laws in the jurisdictions where they operate and where they hire.
- Duplicate postings, spam, and irrelevant listings are prohibited.
- Employers must not use the Site to collect personal information from job seekers for purposes other than evaluating candidates for a specific remote job opening.
- Job listings must be removed or marked as filled once the position is no longer available.
JobOnYou.com reserves the right to remove, edit, or reject any job posting that violates these rules at its sole discretion.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users of JobOnYou.com agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Posting false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive job listings or content.
- Impersonating any person, company, or organization, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any entity.
- Uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site, including introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from the Site without express written permission.
- Using the Site to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam) to other users.
- Violating any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing policies or restrictions.
- Engaging in any conduct that is determined to be harmful to the Site, its users, or business.
6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout, is the property of JobOnYou.com or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 6.2 User-Generated Content
By posting content on the Site including job listings, resumes, profile information, reviews, and other materials, you grant JobOnYou.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting the Site. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license.
6.3 Trademarks
"JobOnYou," the JobOnYou logo, and other related marks are trademarks of JobOnYou.com. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.
7. Third-Party Content and Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services that are not owned or controlled by JobOnYou.com. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall JobOnYou.com, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, wages, or business opportunities, loss of data, profits, or goodwill, personal injury or property damage, any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, and any damages arising from communications, interactions, or transactions between users of the Site.
In no event shall total liability exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. JobOnYou.com does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that the results obtained from using the Site will be accurate or reliable, that any job listing or employer information is accurate or legitimate, or that the quality of any product, service, or information obtained through the Site will meet your expectations. All implied warranties are expressly disclaimed.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JobOnYou.com, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law or third-party right, or any content you post or submit through the Site.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
12. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved within sixty (60) days, you may pursue the matter in accordance with the Governing Law section above.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the parties intent.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JobOnYou.com regarding your use of the Site. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral.
15. Waiver
No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. The failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
